A new Libraries menu provides a centralized location for Admins and Librarians to organize and manage key reference data used in estimates and bids.

A new Librarian role allows users to manage all data under Projects, Subcontractors, and Libraries, improving overall content management. New Librarian role
We've introduced Bid Insights, a powerful new tool that identifies similar projects and provides suggested subcontractors and bids for each bid package. Similar projects are identified based on key attributes, such as market segment and project size, while estimated bid amounts for each subcontractor are calculated using historical bid data. These insights enable smarter comparisons and more informed decision-making. Bid Insights

The following enhancements have been made to work breakdown structures (WBS):

  • Manage Work Breakdowns globally in the new Libraries menu.

  • Import WBS from estimate files, Word documents, or text files.

  • Merge WBS and values for easier organization.

  • Assign project-specific aliases to global WBS values within a project without affecting other projects.

  • Add project-specific WBS or values to the Libraries from the project’s Work Breakdowns.

  • Option to add imported WBS values automatically to the Work Breakdowns in the Libraries when importing estimates.

  • The Included and Activated columns have been added to the Alternate WBS values in projects.

  • Add notes to WBS values to keep project details and decisions accessible.

Enhancements to the Create Project wizard include:

  • The Details step now includes the Location field.

  • The Client Name in the Details step is now an optional field.

  • The Image step has been removed for a simplified setup.

  • The new Insights step enables you to manage Bid Insights parameters.

The first time you import an estimate, you’ll be prompted to map incoming cost category names to your library’s cost categories. Map cost categories when importing estimates
The bid package notes have been moved to a dedicated Notes tab within the bid package toolbar for easier access. New location for bid package notes
