New Librarian role
We've introduced a new Librarian role to improve content management within Sage BidMatrix. Users assigned this role can manage all data under the Projects, Subcontractors, and Libraries menus, but have no access to administrative settings. This enhancement provides greater control and flexibility when delegating tasks while maintaining overall system security.
To assign the new Librarian role to a user, log in to Sage BidMatrix as an Admin and go to Administration > Users. Then use the arrows next to a user to promote them from a User role to a Librarian role, or demote them from an Admin role to a Librarian role.
