Enhanced budget visibility on the bid package matrix page

The bid package matrix page now provides improved visibility into budget allocation and totals.

Previously, only the bid package total displayed next to the bid package description. Now, the bid and bid package totals, net and gross, are displayed in the upper-right corner for quick reference.

A new pie chart also visualizes how the budget is distributed across bid packages. The selected bid package is highlighted in green for easy identification. You can:

• Hover over any chart segment to view the associated budget amount.

• Select a chart segment to open the corresponding bid package matrix on a new tab.
