Display a bid package matrix

1. Go to Projects.

2. On the Projects page, open the project by selecting Enter on the project tile or the enter icon () next to the project row.

3. On the Summary Sheet, select either the bid package code or the bid package description.

   Alternatively, select the bid package from the left navigation pane.

4. If prompted the first time you open the bid package, select the corresponding bid package from Procore®, SmartBid®, or BuildingConnected® to create the link.

The bid package matrix opens, providing detailed information about the bid package, including bid history and any associated clarifications. You can review existing clarifications or add new ones as needed.

The upper-right corner displays the bid and bid package totals, including both gross and net values. A pie chart provides a visual breakdown of the project budget across bid packages, with the selected bid package highlighted in green for easy identification.

Hover over a chart segment to view the corresponding budget amount, or select a segment to open the associated bid package matrix in a new tab.
