Displaying a bid package matrix

To display a bid package matrix:

1. Go to the Project page.

2. On the Summary Sheet, select either the bid package code or the bid package description.

The bid package appears in the bid matrix, where you can view more details for the bid, including bid history, and view or add clarifications. Bid and bid package totals, net and gross, are displayed in the upper-right corner and a pie chart visualizes how the budget is distributed across bid packages. The selected bid package is highlighted in green for easier identification. You can hover over any chart segment to view the associated budget amount or select a chart segment to open the corresponding bid package matrix on a new tab.
