Manage the list of active projects

Select the projects layout

1. Go to Projects.

2. From the toolbar, select the layout that you want to use:

   • Tile: Displays each project as a tile with the project image, project name, a link to open the project, and an indicator showing the linked data source. Projects that are not linked to Procore, SmartBid, or BuildingConnected display the Sage Estimating (cloud) source icon ().

   • Table: Displays projects in a grid. To open a project, select the Enter icon () at the beginning of the row.

Sort projects

You can sort the projects list on the Projects tab using different criteria.

1. Go to Projects.

2. Select the sort icon () on the toolbar.

   Sage Estimating (cloud), formerly Sage BidMatrix, displays a list of project information and attributes that can be used for sorting the records.

3. Select a project summary field or project attribute to sort the project list by that value.
