Adding and managing project attributes

Before you begin

You must log in to Sage BidMatrix as an Admin or Librarian.

To add a project attribute:

  1. Select Libraries > Project Attributes.

  2. Enter the project attribute name in the available field.

  3. Select the input type for the project attribute.

    The input type can be text, numeric, yes/no, date, or multiple-choice.

  4. Select the add icon "" to add the attribute.

To delete a project attribute:

  1. Select the attribute you want to delete.

  2. Select the trash can icon Trash can icon in the attribute row.

To change the order of a project attribute:

  1. Select the attribute you want to move.

  2. Select the move icon Move icon and then drag the attribute to the desired position.

To add values for multiple-choice project for attributes:

  1. Select the attribute and then select the edit icon The edit icon .

  2. Enter the values that can be assigned to that attribute.

  3. To allow the selection of multiple values for a multiple-choice attribute, select the multi-selection icon Multi-selection icon.
