Disconnect renamed to Self Perform

The Disconnect right-click action for bid package phases, on both the Summary Sheet and the bid package matrix, has been renamed to Self Perform to align with estimating workflows.

There are no functional changes. Self Perform continues to remove the link between a cost category and the subcontractor phase, allowing the category to be managed independently.
