Highlighting zero-dollar items

You can highlight items on the Summary Sheet that have a zero-dollar total.

To highlight zero-dollar items on the Summary Sheet:

1. On the Summary Sheet toolbar, select Highlights.

2. Select the Zero dollar items checkbox.

The Estimate Sheet highlights every item with a zero-dollar total, including the overlines where that item appears, given your current sort groupings.

To select a highlight color for zero-dollar items on the Summary Sheet:

1. On the Summary Sheet toolbar, select Highlights.

2. Next to Zero dollar items, select the color box to open the color picker.

3. Select a color from the palette, or enter RGB, HSL, or HEX values.
