Bid Room Summary Sheet
You use the Bid Room Summary Sheet to view, add, delete, and manage the base bid and alternates and the entire list of bid packages for a project.
The first time you enter the Bid Room for a project, the Summary Sheet is blank. You can either add bid packages manually or import your list of bid packages and supporting bid package detail (including items, category costs, and WBS assignments) from Trimble® WinEst®, Sage Estimating, or Microsoft® Excel®.
Note: Active Grouping is required to navigate to a bid package matrix on the Summary Sheet. To turn on Active Grouping for the Summary Sheet, group the bids by Alternate, Bid Package, and Bid Package Phase.Otherwise, you can navigate to another bid package on the navigation panel.
You can also add base bid alternates, bid packages, and bid packages phases from the Work Breakdowns menu option on the navigation panel.
