Collapsing and expanding content on the Summary Sheet

You can expand all groups, bid packages, and phases to view details, or collapse them all to simplify navigation on the Summary Sheet.

• To expand all groups, bid packages, and phases, select the expand all icon () on the Summary Sheet toolbar.

• To collapse all groups, bid packages, and phases, select the collapse all icon () on the Summary Sheet toolbar.

• To expand content one level at a time, select the expand once icon () on the Summary Sheet toolbar.

• To collapse content one level at a time, select the collapse once icon () on the Summary Sheet toolbar.

• To expand or collapse a single group, select the arrow beside the group name.
