Supplementing a lump sum bid

To supplement a lump sum bid:

  1. Open the bid package in the Bid Matrix.

  2. In the Total cell for the subcontractor, right-click the lump sum amount and then select Supplement.

  3. In the Supplement Total Bid dialog box, enter the supplemental amount.

    The supplement can be a positive or a negative number.

  4. Select OK.

Note: In the Bid Matrix, a positive supplement is represented by an up arrow and a negative supplement is represented by a down arrow in the Total cell.
