Reviewing the bid package and bid package phase scope

If you imported a budgetary estimate into the BidMatrix project, you may have chosen to import an estimate that includes the items and their budgets that roll up to the individual bid package and bid package phase budgets.

To review the item scope for each bid package:

1. Do one of the following:

   • On the Summary Sheet, select the ellipsis icon beside the bid package code.

   • Right-click any cell on the bid package row.

2. Select Scope to view the items that make-up the detailed scope for the bid package.
